This is our first ever post!

Last week after 18 months of planning and support from LEADER funding we finally received our new 12kg Probat coffee roaster.

Our new roaster will enable us to have more consistency in our coffees and give us more control when roasting. It is also really nice to work with German engineering.

We have been fortunate enough to have Susan join our team last year, which has been great to have a fresh insight into how we operate and manage what we do. This is something that couldn't have happened without the support of our loyal customers, so thank you to each and every one of you!

Since we opened our doors in January 2015, we have stuck to our ethos and integrity with sourcing sustainable coffee from farms who care and put back into their communities.

We will always support local charities and give back to the community as we are true to our integrity.

Over the coming months we plan to have a new coffee every month which will be a limited edition, and will be offered to our loyal customers first.
