The Story Behind Northern Edge Coffee
When I started Northern Edge Coffee in January 2015, I started the business with nothing other than a Turkish coffee roaster, my passion for coffee and a vision of how I can promote our secret town in Northumberland.
Since 2015 we have grown from strength to strength, adapted, changed and given back to our local community through charity and building relationships with small coffee shops that help sustainability in rural areas.
My passion is all about the coffee and also meeting the needs of a modern customer. We work with all our customers from individuals, to retail and wholesale and value your feedback, as without your support we wouldn't be able to grow what we believe in.
Since we opened our doors, our Northern Edge family has grown with Susan the chief and Nichola joining the team - not forgetting the new German Roaster which gives us more consistency with our coffees.
We will always stick to our ethics not just in how we source our coffees but also in how we deliver our coffees to our customers old and new.
Our future has always and will always depend on you the customer, we rely on your feedback on how we can and will improve.
